JEFF GOLDBERG

Jeff holds both a C.A. and C.P.A. designation.

His focus has been in providing consulting services to private owner-managed businesses and in addressing the investment and estate planning needs of his clients.

Jeff also holds a B.B.A. (Bachelor of Business Administration) and an M.B.A (Master in Business Administration) from the Schulich School of Business.

He is involved with various associations and currently manages the audits of a number of very prominent non-profit organizations.


PHILIP GOLDBAND

Phil holds both a C.A. and C.P.A. designation.

He works mainly with entrepreneurs in small and medium sized businesses, providing auditing, accounting and taxation services. Phil has also developed an expertise in providing Estate administration and succession planning services.

He is also designated as a C.F.P. (Certified Financial Planner), offering services such as financial, retirement and insurance planning and other disciplines within wealth management.

Phil has served as a board member for numerous businesses and non-profit organizations.


LEON ELMALEH

Leon heads the Tax and Business Advisory division.

Along with his C.A. designation, Leon holds a B.B.A. (Bachelor of Business Administration) and a T.E.P. (Trust and Estate Practitioner) designation.

He has been practicing tax and estate planning for eighteen years and has been a partner for the past eight.

Leon has been involved in high profile merger and acquisition projects as well as numerous corporate re-organizations and estate plans. Leon has taught taxation at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.


PETER POULIMENAKOS

Peter obtained his B.Comm. (Bachelor of Commerce) designation at the University of Toronto, is a C.A. and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

He joined the firm in 2003 and was admitted to the partnership in 2006.

Peter has a proven track record of advising and managing critical issues for owner-managed family businesses as well as larger multi-national companies.

He has helped businesses in various areas such as corporate and personal tax saving solutions, purchase, sale and merger opportunities, financial recovery, human resource improvements and assurance engagements.


DEBBIE SPENCE

Debbie has over eighteen years experience in public accounting. She leads the IT division, specializing in the installation of the most current software in the market. She is a Sage Business Partner (Simply Accounting and Business Vision), a Pro-Advisor with Intuit (Quickbooks) and a Microsoft Business Partner.
